Is this the best matcha powder that I have ever treated myself to? Absolutely.
Not only me, but also my family, and let me tell you… Emirati parents who are QUITE picky with what they like, and me, a person with ARFID, really enjoy this matcha powder. If it passed both of those taste tests, that already says enough.
I personally love it with fresh milk, and I switch between syrups and sauces like vanilla bean, agave, or white mocha because it tastes so good and can be paired with literally anything. Sometimes I just add a bit of sweetener and I am ready to go because IT TASTES THAT GOOD!!!! It does not need much to shine.
My family likes to enjoy it with coconut water or coconut milk, sometimes even sparkling water with fruit syrup. They have even paired it with Ramadan classics with a bit of creativity like Vimto foam or Tang and somehow it still works beautifully. It just enhances whatever flavor you already love or stands perfectly fine on its own.
It is such a bright green with the most refreshing umami flavor. I honestly levitate at the thought of it. And I kid you not, I have had powder residue on my palms or hands multiple times because I am messy, and I am never afraid to enjoy it like that. Please do not eat your matcha powder straight though LOL.
I first stumbled upon Salmatcha when I was trying different matchas from different brands. Never have I ever had a matcha so comfortable to buy and so yummy to enjoy. I have stuck with it ever since. I genuinely struggled to finish other brands because NOTHING compared to how good this tastes.

My bar is quite high with store made matcha like Jenki so the quality and flavour profile for the matcha powder at Sal's was a pleasant surprise! The powder had all the green (matcha coloured lol) flags you'd want and when I made my first latte and usucha, the taste was amazing - the perfect umami, very little vegetal taste with the right amount of sweetness and gentle smoothness, not gritty! Will be buying again after I have a major binge with this batch!

I still didn’t try the matcha powder , but I heard so many good things about it . I also tried the matcha you sell on Talabat , and it was the best matcha I ever tried . I also LOVE the matcha set . It’s so cut and preppy . I just wish a mini strainer came with the matcha set it would be PERFECT . I also want to thank you specially for the green Friday matcha cup gift .
