What ingredients are in your Matcha?
100% pure premium ceremonial organic matcha with a malachite green color, a rich, balanced bitter-sweet flavor, and a creamy texture. It has been hand picked from the first harvest in Shizuoka,Kyoto, Japan.
How to make Matcha?
1. Add 2 teaspoons of salmatcha powder
2. Bring water to a controlled temperature at 80°C (175°F) and pour it over the matcha
3. Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
4. Add it to your favorite liquid and enjoy!
What is the difference between your matcha options?
All our matcha options are premium, ceremonial, first and single harvest, hand picked and stone ground matcha from Kyoto Japan. The difference is the 30 g can is JAScert organic certified and the 30 g bag is not JAScert organic certified.
