Where we ship from
All orders ship from our facility in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (MondayβFriday).
Delivery times
United Arab Emirates: 1β2 business days. GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 2β4 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is dispatched; public holidays and peak periods may add slightly to this.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout β add items to your cart to see your exact rate before paying. Free shipping across the UAE on orders over AED 300. Cross-border (GCC) orders may be subject to local customs processing, which can occasionally add time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@salmatcha.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
